Things to do after you finish eating

So you’ve finished filling your face and need something to do. The good news is falmouth and nearby towns are loaded with things to do with your dog. Here are some pet-friendly activities to enjoy:

Dog-friendly beaches on cape cod

There are lots of dog-friendly beaches on cape cod, but falmouth is one of the many towns don’t allow pets on the public beaches during the summertime.  Keep this in mind when planning day trips to the beach. you’ll need to wait for the offseason, or drive further along cape cod to fund beaches with summertime pet access .

If you’re staying in this area with your dog, plan to take a day trip to visit at least one of the beaches of the cape cod national seashore.  the national seashore allows dogs all summer long… unless access gets restricted by nesting piping plovers, which seems to start a bit earlier and last a bit longer every year..

check the national seashore site’s pets page for updates on that. There are pet-friendly dining options nearby all of the national seashore beaches if you’re making the road trip from Eastham.
